Crab Alexander Founder and Editor-in-Chief
Crab Alexander writes short fiction, creative nonfiction, and reportage. His latest flash fiction piece was published in 365 Tomorrows. A collection of his short stories will be available next Summer.
After serving editorial roles at Nicholls State University's literary magazine Mosaic, and Texas Tech University's Iron Horse Literary Review, he was inspired to start a new publication: one with the sole focus of blurring the lines between literary and speculative fiction.
Crab is an MFA in Writing candidate at Lindenwood University, and a member of the Authors Guild. He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his dog, Frankie, where they enjoy much of each other’s company and seldom anyone else’s.
Cassidy Cray Associate Publisher
Cassidy Cray resides in Dallas, Texas where she stays busy as a novelist, actor, dog mom, and mental health professional. She primarily works in speculative fiction, but leans towards fantasy. She’s a sucker for a good romantasy, but also devours any piece that challenges our worldview and perspective, regardless of genre.
Cassidy has been a bookseller for years, as well as having published book reviews. She is currently pursuing an MFA in Writing at Lindenwood University, and looks forward to the publication of her first novel in 2027.
Iris Madison Managing Editor
Iris Madison is a creative nonfiction writer with a particular interest in mental health and neurodivergence. She is a contributor to ADDitude Magazine, while hard at work at her first memoir project.
A former high school English teacher, she now spends her days as an upcycled jewelry designer, running an online bespoke jewelry business. She resides in Yorktown, Virginia, with her husband and two daughters, where she remains an avid crafter and omnist optimist.
William Davis Associate Editor
William Davis writes fantasy fiction and poetry, and is currently at work on his first novel... something to do with gunslingers and magic and awesomeness.
A research chemist by day, he spends his nights as an avid gamer. He enjoys reading the gamut of contemporary speculative literature, as well as historical fiction. He resides in Rock Hill, South Carolina with his rowdy household, and his favorite D&D character is a corgi wizard (and it's important that you know that).
